By booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full amount being chargeable. 

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.

Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full.

Payments for treatments must be made in full upon completion of your service. I accept bank transfers and cash. 

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, please call ahead—I'll always do my best to accommodate you. However, I can only wait up to 15 minutes, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to complete your treatment safely and thoroughly.

For your safety and comfort, all brow and lip treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This quick check helps ensure you won’t experience any sensitivity or reactions to the products used.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Clients under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving abusively will not be permitted on the premises.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup.

To achieve the best possible results and reduce the risk of complications, it’s important that all clients follow the aftercare instructions provided after treatment. These guidelines are designed to support your healing and enhance your outcome.

Results can vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. A touch-up is typically recommended 6-8 weeks after your initial treatment to perfect and prolong your results.
